With a 6-liter packing volume, the Flow Belt 6 is an optimal waist bag for cross-country skiing workouts. The waist belt has a large compartment that can hold extra clothing, energy, wax, and a headlamp battery, with the cable routed through the belt's cable outlet. Keys can be attached to the key hook in the inner compartment, and a phone fits in the outer water-repellent zippered pocket. On the outside, the hydration belt also has three easily accessible mesh pockets, making it easy to reach gels, bars, a windbreaker, or a buff.
The included 1.2-liter bottle is BPA-free, removable, and washable. The Flow Bottle has a curved design that conforms to the shape of your lower back and a large cap so you can easily drink on the go.
