The TOPO SPECTER 3 is a women's running shoe that builds upon Topo's Pro series with several technical improvements. The model features an entirely new midsole foam, RevFoam™ ATPU, which provides powerful energy return while reducing weight. The redesigned rocker geometry improves propulsion and quickens toe-off.
